Besides the Candy Sushi, we present our Candy Noodles as the second delicacy from Asia: a colourful mix of 23 sweet individual parts, which stand for spaghetti noodles, shrimp, vegetables and eggs, but consist of fruit gum, icing sugar and marshmallow.
Ingredients:
gelling agent (pectin), glazing agents (beeswax white and yellow, carnauba wax), colours (curcumin, carmine, beta-carotene, brilliant blue FCF), antioxidants (ascorbic acid, tocopherol-rich extract), acidity regulator (sodium citrates).
