Shipping & Delivery Terms

DELIVERY OPTIONS AND COURIERS

We deliver throughout England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.

Orders are handed to our courier (Monday – Friday). They deliver Monday - Friday but not at the weekend. Orders collected by the courier on Friday will not be delivered until Monday.

Standard delivery costs vary depending on the weight and dimensions of your order. The cost of shipping for your order will be clearly stated on the checkout page.

The primary courier service used for UK mainland deliveries is HERMES.

Tracking details will be provided to you post purchase, you can find them in your order details page if you created an account and were logged in when you placed the order. If you didn’t create an account, please contact us and we’ll send you the tracking details directly.

We accept no liability for any missing orders if the tracking information for the parcel is showing the order as delivered to the provided address.

PRE ORDER PRODUCTS

If you’ve placed an order for a ‘Pre Order’ product, your item(s) will be delivered within the time frame stated on the product page itself – if you cannot see a time frame please contact us. We shall not be held liable for any ignorance to delivery time-frames for pre-order products.

If you have placed an order that also includes standard products (that aren’t subject to pre-order status), they will be delivered within the same time frame as the pre-order product. If you’re looking to receive standard products sooner, please order them as a separate purchase to ensure they are delivered in a time frame that suits you.

OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

From time to time, some products might be out of stock. In the event that a product you’ve ordered is out of stock (and has not been updated on this website), we will contact you via the email provided at checkout to update you/request a replacement product. If no replacement is desired, a refund for the out of stock product(s) will be processed. If we do not receive a response to the ‘update you/request a replacement’ email within 2 days, the closest alternative to the out of stock product(s) will be sent.

 

Delivery Issues

On rare occasions, there can sometimes be issues with deliveries. If the parcel has not yet been dispatched (you haven’t yet received the dispatch email) please contact us and a member of the team will look into this for you.

If you have received the order dispatch email, you’ll need to contact the courier directly with your tracking number and delivery post code. You can contact us for the tracking number if you cannot find it in your mailbox, please send your request to us with your order number (this is seperate to the tracking number). From time to time parcels may be damaged during transit, this will not effect the inner product and we can not provide refunds based on outer packaging been damaged. The courier are responsible for the condition items are delivered in and inevitably from time to time parcels can arrive damaged. We can only offer you a refund for damaged items if you have signed for the parcel upon receipt. 

If the courier have attempted delivery and been unsuccessful in delivering your items to you, your consignment will be returned to Sugar Rush and there will be an additional for the shipping to be paid again for your package to be re shipped to you.

HOLIDAY HOURS

If delivery delays should be expected due to holiday hours, you will be notified during the checkout process. This could be due to national holidays or the Christmas period etc.

WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP ANY LIQUIDS INTERNATIONALLY AT THIS TIME. If an international order is made with soda/pop/liquids, the items will be refunded and shipped without them. If your order is made up of the majority liquids, you will be contacted about your order.
