Refund & Returns Policy

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds.

We don’t offer refunds on personalised/custom products, this includes our custom range and all pre-prepared pick n mix packaged goods. 

For goods that can be cancelled and returned. For example, Soda & Drinks, Candy & Chocolate from the UK or USA. Customers have the right to return if unopened within 14 days from receipt of your order. You must inform us by email - welshconfectionery@gmail.com. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from when we receive the returned goods. 

In order for goods to be eligible for return, items must have been purchased in the last 14 days and be in their original packaging, please ensure that the following does not apply; 

The following goods can’t be returned:

  • Any pick and mix products, or any products packaged by us.
  • Goods that have been damaged, have deteriorated or where the date has expired since the sale.
  • Due to health protection or hygiene reasons we are unable to accept goods that are opened or unsealed after delivery.
  • The item returned is not as it was sold, for example, items missing.
  • Goods which are, after delivery according to their nature, mixed with other items.

Only standard priced items  may be refunded. Goods on sale cannot be refunded.

It is vital you keep all internal and external packaging if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. We can not refund any items without photo evidence of any damage and of your physical invoice.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment, we recommend an insured and tracked service. We are unable to issue a refund until we have received the delivery.
