You pack like dicks

The 10g bag was squashed when my package arrived a day late. The whole point of the chocolates is the shape and because you can't pack right, I got a squished clump of chocolate and you ruined my sisters birthday present because you can't pack things in a way that protects them. I'm never ever ordering from this site again.
